Xoài gọt vỏ, cắt miếng cho vào máy xay nhuyễn. Nước cốt dừa cho vào nồi cùng nước, đường rồi nấu sôi tan đường.

Gelatine cho vào chén với 40ml nước và hấp cách thủy cho tan. Lúc này nước cốt dừa sôi bạn đổ xoài xay và gelatine vào trộn đều lên rồi tắt bếp.

Múc pudding xoài ra từng ly, đợi nguội thì cho vào ngăn mát tủ lạnh khoảng 2 - 3 giờ là có thể ăn được rồi. Khi ăn chỉ cần xếp thêm một ít xoài chín và dừa sợi lên trên thôi nè. Các bé nhà bạn chắc chắn sẽ thích thú với món pudding xoài dừa này lắm đấy.
